Mumbai: Celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa, known for guiding Nita Ambani and Anant Ambani through their weight loss journeys, recently shared key insights on why many gym-goers fail to lose weight.
In an Instagram post on May 31, he explained that regular workouts are insufficient without proper nutrition. According to Channa, weight loss requires a balance between exercise and diet.
He stated that a structured meal plan alone can lead to better fat loss results. However, muscle gain demands intense workouts and a nutrient-rich diet, including protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and essential vitamins.
Channa added that visible results can take three to four months, and muscle gain is slow, averaging 3 kg annually. He advised people to stay consistent and patient, warning that shortcuts won’t work.
His advice comes from years of experience training celebrities and observing common mistakes in fitness routines. Channa’s post quickly went viral, resonating with followers who appreciated his no-nonsense guidance. He emphasized that fundamental transformation takes time and sustained effort, not just gym attendance.
